Welcome to French Carte. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, services, and digital content, including online courses, conversation classes, video lessons, and podcasts. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to these Terms.

 

1. Services and Content

  • Podcasts and Video Lessons: You may use our podcast episodes and/or video lessons for personal learning or in a classroom setting, provided you mention the source: French Carte – Delphine Woda.

  • Online Courses and Conversation Classes: Registration provides you with access to scheduled lessons and related learning materials. Access is personal and may not be shared.
     

2. Payments

  • Payments for courses, conversation classes, or digital products must be made in advance via the payment methods available on our website.

  • Prices are listed in NIS and may include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
     

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Online Courses

  • Cancellation up to 14 business days before the course begins: refund subject to a 70 NIS fee.

  • Cancellation less than 14 business days before the course begins: 70% refund (30% cancellation fee).

  • No refund after the course starts.
     

Online Conversation Classes (individual or series)

  • Rescheduling: free of charge.

  • Cancellation up to 3 days before the booked class/series: full refund.

  • Cancellation within 3 days before the booked class/series: no refund.
     

Digital Products

  • Due to the nature of digital content (immediate access after purchase), refunds are not provided once the product is delivered.
     

4. User Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide accurate information during registration.

  • You are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and equipment for participating in online lessons.

  • You may not copy, distribute, or resell any course materials, videos, or audio files without prior written permission.
     

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site (texts, audio, video, graphics, logos, etc.) is the intellectual property of French Carte – Delphine Woda, unless otherwise credited. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

6. Liability

  • While we strive to provide high-quality content and smooth online sessions, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service due to internet or technical issues.
    We are not liable for indirect damages, such as loss of learning opportunities or technical failures beyond our control.

 

7. Privacy

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel.
